Join one of the country's largest and most respected law firms Work in a growing area that includes data privacy, DLP and AI compliance Gain exposure to attorneys, clients, leadership and cross-functional teams Build highly marketable privacy and data protection experience Hybrid schedule with two days working remotely Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package 401(k), profit sharing and paid parental leave Long-term growth opportunities within a large national platform Responsibilities will include: Supporting the firm's privacy and data protection initiatives Conducting client risk assessments and data protection assessments Supporting data loss prevention efforts Conducting investigations and helping develop remediation plans Monitoring internal processes involving personal and sensitive information Assisting with privacy, compliance and emerging AI assessments Creating procedures and documentation for compliance initiatives Working with attorneys, clients and cross-functional teams The firm is open to candidates from law firms, banking, consulting and other highly regulated industries. Previous law firm experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 2-4+ years of relevant compliance experience Privacy or data protection experience Client risk assessment experience Data loss prevention experience Strong communication, research and analytical skills Experience with GRC, AI privacy, iManage or certifications such as CIPP, CIPM or CCEP would be a plus.
