Job Description

Job Title:
Digital Privacy Compliance Analyst Contract Duration:
7 months, possible extension
Location:
Remote open to USA, all time zones
Pay Range:
$45-$50/hour Responsibilities Domain Assessment & Analysis Conduct structured reviews of web domains to assess regulatory exposure, consent mechanisms, and tracking practices Evaluate presence and effectiveness of privacy notices, cookie banners, and data collection disclosures Identify compliance gaps and document remediation recommendations aligned to enterprise standards Remediation & Implementation Support Support configuration and deployment of consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust banners, preference centers) Assist in tag categorization and alignment with disclosure and regulatory requirements Validate implemented solutions against defined privacy standards and governance requirements Execution & Delivery Support Provide hands-on execution support across prioritized domains requiring remediation or implementation updates Contribute to iterative remediation efforts and stabilization activities Support documentation, issue tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams (privacy, legal, marketing, engineering) to support implementation and issue resolution Translate privacy requirements into actionable tasks for business and technology stakeholders Provide input on recurring issues and process improvement opportunities Governance & Continuous Improvement Reinforce adherence to established domain governance standards and implementation guidelines Contribute to development of repeatable processes, documentation, and playbooks Surface trends, risks, and insights to support ongoing program improvements Education Bachelor's Degree
