Overview & Position Summary This position supports the preparation and delivery of loan disclosures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role performs routine disclosure tasks under moderate supervision while following established procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. This position collaborates with internal partners to obtain necessary information, resolve documentation questions, and maintain workflow efficiency. This role may provide guidance to new or entry-level team members as needed. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: California- Folsom

- 92880 Vancouver, WA 98683 Primary Responsibilities Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company procedures.
Education & Experience Required:
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support, or equivalent (e.g., 3-5 years) Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience Industry-specific experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment Ability to follow established procedures and provide routine guidance or assistance to new or entry-level employeesPreferred:
Familiarity with federal disclosure regulations (e.g., TRID). Experience with disclosure systems and loan origination platforms. Experience supporting workflow or process improvements within lending operations. Skills & Competencies Basic knowledge of lending operations, disclosure requirements, and compliance expectations. Attention to detail for reviewing documentation and preparing accurate disclosures. Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal partners. Ability to interpret and follow established procedures and guidelines. Problem-solving ability for resolving routine issues. Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with LOS platforms and disclosure tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to provide guidance to entry-level team members. Commitment to maintaining compliance and documentation accuracy. Working Conditions Work is performed in a general office or remote-office environment with regular use of computers, disclosure systems, and communication tools. Workload may vary based on loan volume, regulatory timelines, or operational needs. Limited travel may be required for team meetings or training. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while reviewing documentation and preparing disclosures. Ability to lift and carry light materials such as files or office supplies. Ability to operate computers and disclosure systems regularly. Ability to move throughout office or meeting environments as needed. Ability to maintain focus during detailed, compliance-driven tasks.Compensation Base Salary:
