Job Description
Overview We are hiring an HR & Compliance Coordinator to own and execute the day-to-day administrative and compliance functions of HR. Starting Pay is $21 to $26 (DOE) . BlueJacket Enterprises is a fast-growing delivery and logistics company operating across the Mountain West. We support large-scale operations with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and performance. Our team moves quickly, solves problems in real time, and holds a high standard for execution. We are building scalable systems and need people who can bring structure, accountability, and precision to support that growth.
Role Overview:
HR & Compliance Coordinator This is not a passive, task-based role. This person will be responsible for keeping critical processes moving, identifying issues before they become problems, and ensuring accuracy across all employee data, compliance tracking, and reporting. If you need constant direction, this role is not a fit. If you take ownership, move quickly, and care about getting things right the first time, you'll do well here. This is an on-location role based in Idaho Falls, ID, not a remote work role. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all systems Own onboarding administration (data entry, audits, documentation accuracy) Support workers' compensation claims (filing, tracking, follow-ups, documentation) Maintain and organize compliance documentation across HR, OSHA, insurance, safety, and benefits Manage and update internal trackers (onboarding, separations, audits, compliance logs) Support insurance renewals, audits, and documentation requests Coordinate and submit documentation for insurance and compliance-related claims Assist with weekly payroll coordination and ensure documentation accuracy Respond to employee inquiries professionally and escalate when needed Communicate consistently with managers, employees, and vendors across locations Identify process gaps, stabilize workflows, and proactively flag issues Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HR, operations, administrative support, or compliance-related roles 2+ years college completed with a major in a related field Proven ability to manage administrative processes independently Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and follow through without constant oversight Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) Preferred Experience Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) Exposure to workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, or compliance tracking Experience supporting audits, reporting, or data validation Intermediate to advanced Excel skills What We're Looking For Highly accountable — you own your work and follow through Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss Process-driven — you bring structure and consistency Proactive — you identify and solve problems early Organized and efficient — you can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball Tech-savvy — comfortable learning and navigating systems quickly Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a scaling company Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, operationally complex environmentPay:
