Overland Park, KS Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Data interpretation Full Job Description This post is for 4 openings About the role: As aLease Administration Analyst, you'll be supporting a large telecommunicationscell site portfolio to ensure that all rents are paid correctly and on time. Aspart of the Lease Operations team, you will join a dynamic group of analystsand auditors responsible for processing critical leasing documents with speedand accuracy. Our team handles high-volume transactions, including Abstraction,Validation, Amendment - Approval Letter, Invoice, Refund Check, Returned Check,Void Check, Commencement Letters/Exercise of Option, Address Change Notice,Assignment/Landlord Change, Amendment Commencement, Grant/Deed, Lease Inquiry,Letter of Direction, Payment Inquiry, W9, Real Estate Tax Invoice, Amendment,Default Notice, Letter Agreement, and Termination Notice. These documents areprocessed in our payment system to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Inaddition to core responsibilities, you may be asked to participate in specialprojects or assist other teams within the department. The role also involvesauditing processes within our team, collaborating with the client, andattending weekly meetings to maintain alignment. Success in this positionrequires meeting KPIs, reconciling accounts, reviewing reports, and supportingcross-functional teams when needed. The ideal candidate has a strong background inleasing, is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills andthe ability to interpret complex leasing language and contractual terms. Theythrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing accuracy with efficiency whilemeeting tight deadlines. Highly adaptable to frequent process changes, thisindividual demonstrates exceptional multitasking abilities and can managerepetitive tasks with consistency. A true team player who also works independentlyand takes initiative, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, enabling themto collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and work styles. What you'll do: Process criticalleasing documentation with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance withintight timeframes. Monitor andvalidate financial transactions in the payment system to guarantee timely and accurate processing. Maintainperformance standards aligned with KPIs and organizational expectations. Review andanalyze weekly reports to identify trends and resolve discrepancies. Perform accountreconciliations to ensure accuracy and address variances promptly. Support auditprocesses and collaborate with the client during weekly meetings. Assist withspecial projects and provide support to other teams as needed.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
