Long-Term Contract CV Resources is partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Compliance & Reporting Specialist / Lead for a fully remote, long-term opportunity! RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate compliance reporting and track deadlines for grants, loans, contracts, and funding agreements. Support financial reporting, compliance monitoring, and audit preparation. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting systems. Monitor contractual obligations and help resolve compliance-related issues. Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Development teams on reporting requirements. Assist with corporate filings, administrative processes, and special projects.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in compliance, accounting, finance, reporting, grants, or contract administration preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Nonprofit, financial services, banking, lending, or grant-funded experience is a plus!
