What You Will Do:
Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney's Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program for the Middletown CT site (as well as others as needed), functioning as an independent leader who reviews, evaluates, investigates and assesses ethics and compliance issues and concerns. Reporting to the Lead Senior ECO for Operations and Quality, the candidate must be comfortable working independently and as part of an extended team (both cross functionally and matrixed) and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and internal clients to deliver practical and compliant business solutions on complicated ethics and compliance issues. Your responsibilities will generally focus on the following for
P&W Middletown, CT:
Provide leadership and support in the development of programs, initiatives and policies for the GEC program at the site Be a regular, visible, approachable presence as needed for GE&C support (including training, investigations, etc.) Under the guidance and support of the Lead Sr. ECO for Operations and Quality, GEC Investigation lead and Site HR leadership, manage investigation processes to ensure timely and effective completion and closure of investigations, implementation of appropriate corrective actions and fair, consistent evaluations, including disciplinary measures (working with Human Resources, Legal Counsel, Site Management and other stakeholders Responsible for leading efforts to continually enhance and improve ethics and the "Speak Up" culture at the site Support efforts to ensure proper reporting of violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate Adhere to and maintain a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Conduct, always acting with integrity Evaluate and provide guidance to employees related to compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: Conflict of Interest questions, Business Gift & Sponsorship requests, etc. Coordinate and lead Compliance briefings for the site Lead and participate in GEC initiatives, teams and committees as required, at both the P&W and RTX levels

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience Must be a U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
