Supply Chain Compliance Analyst

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst supports Gibraltar's product compliance programs by coordinating regulatory reporting activities, managing data collection efforts, and serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external compliance service providers. The analyst will coordinate activities related to Conflict Minerals, Proposition 65, PFAS, BABAA, and other regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems. This position provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration while developing for future growth opportunities within the Supply Chain organization. Coordinate regulatory compliance activities across Gibraltar business units. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal compliance data requests and reporting activities. Partner with third-party compliance service providers to support execution of Conflict Minerals, PFAS, Proposition 65, BABAA, and other compliance programs. Coordinates cross-functional data collection for all Gibraltar business units to support compliance activities; builds and maintains relationships with business unit contacts to ensure consistent, complete, and timely data submissions. Collect, validate, and maintain compliance-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Track project milestones, reporting deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements. Facilitate communication between suppliers, business units, external service providers, and corporate functions. Assist in responding to customer compliance requests, declarations, and reporting requirements. Monitor emerging regulations and support evaluation efforts with internal stakeholders and external experts. Identify opportunities to improve compliance workflows, reporting processes, and data management practices. Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 2+ years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs. 2+ years of experience in supply chain or related field. Knowledge and experience with product compliance and supply chain regulations. Strong project management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities. Preferred CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative). Experience with compliance management software.
