IDR is seeking a Licensing Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves managing licensing compliance for a large retail organization, ensuring regulatory adherence and smooth licensing procedures across federal, state, and local agencies. Position Overview for the
Licensing Analyst:
Manage third-party licensing administration and oversee business license renewals and reporting processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Act as a liaison between internal teams, government agencies, and third-party licensing administrators to facilitate timely processing and document retention. Verify and collect licensing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation. Respond to licensing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding status updates, violations, and regulatory requirements. Monitor licensing activities to prevent compliance issues and support transfer of licensing information among relevant parties. Requirements for theLicensing Analyst:
1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment or Licensing/Compliance position. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or suitable combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with external and internal contacts via telephone.
