About the
Role:
You'll play a critical role in building strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle—helping ensure our offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support our clients. Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs
Required Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams) High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
