Based in Piperton, Tennessee, Pyramex aims to hire talent that will serve with heart in order to build strong, trusted partnerships with customers providing unmatched service and customer care. The Product Development Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products developed by Pyramex adhere to relevant regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal policies. This position bridges the gap between product development teams and compliance requirements, supporting the creation of safe, effective, and legally compliant products. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists Product Development Compliance with the following:

Regulatory analysis and monitoringCompliance integration for new product developmentCoordinating sample orders and shipmentsTesting and certificationData entry
Document Management:
Proofread technical documentsMaintain accurate records of compliance documentation, certifications, and regulatory submissions throughout the product development lifecycleProduce requested customized compliance documentation
Communications:
Works as a liaison for product development compliance with the following departments: Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and AccountingServices compliance-related questions internallyServices quality control issues and resolutions internally Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree preferred or comparable experience in relevant field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite).Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external regulatory bodies.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
