About Orama Orama is a family-owned Residential Treatment Center for adolescent girls, providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes healing, growth, and long-term change. Our approach is relational, experiential, and rooted in high clinical standards. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can bring organization, structure, and accountability to our internal systems—supporting both our team and the quality of care we provide. Position Overview The HR & Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly behind the scenes. This position supports human resources, compliance, and administrative operations, while also serving as the primary point of oversight for our compliance tracking systems (including KIPU Compliance). This is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building systems that keep teams accountable and audit-ready. What You'll Do HR & Onboarding Coordinate onboarding for new hires (background checks, drug screens, paperwork) Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files Track employee licensure, certifications, and renewals Support employee status changes and benefits coordination Training & Compliance Track and monitor required staff trainings (ANE, infection control, NCI, etc.) Maintain training records in alignment with state and Joint Commission standards Support audit preparation and accreditation readiness Identify and communicate compliance gaps KIPU Compliance (System Ownership) Serve as the primary administrator of our KIPU Compliance system Build and maintain workflows for training and compliance tracking Monitor completion and follow up with staff and leadership Generate reports for audits and leadership review Administrative Support Provide support to leadership team (Executive Director, Clinical Director, Operations) Maintain organized systems for policies, documentation, and internal processes Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal communication What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Healthcare Admin, Business, or related) 1-2+ years of experience in HR, healthcare administration, or compliance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently Comfortable working with systems and tracking tools Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus Familiarity with Joint Commission standards is a plus
