Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
The Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units This role manages accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy You will generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing You will also prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity The Licensing and Compliance Associate will respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
