This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys turning complex regulations and information into effective processes that protect program integrity and help ensure quality housing services reach the people who need them.Benefits & Extras:

$21.50/hourWhat You'll Be Doing:
Monitor compliance with HUD, Section 8, Public Housing, RAD, PBV, and LIHTC requirements Audit tenant and applicant files for accuracy and regulatory compliance Translate changing regulations into updated policies, forms, and procedures Prepare compliance reports, statistical data, and recommendations Serve as Fair Housing Coordinator and evaluate reasonable accommodation requests Identify compliance issues, fraud, or policy violations and escalate appropriately Partner with leadership and IT to maintain effective systems and processes What You'll Need to beConsidered:
Two-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience Knowledge of HUD housing programs and regulatory requirements Housing Choice Voucher or Tax Credit Compliance certification preferred Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills Valid Texas driver's license and ability to qualify for fleet insurance Ability to work effectively with residents, property owners, agencies, and diverse communities Apply Now!INDCSV ITAC
