The primary responsibility of this position is overseeing TMMA's Aesthetic Review Committee (ARC) process. This person will take ownership of landscaping, fencing, and exterior improvement applications from initial submission through final approval and completion. They will also lead weekly ARC meetings and serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the review process. In addition to Aesthetic Review responsibilities, this position will assist our Compliance Department with community audits, title sheets, rental compliance, inspections, and other compliance-related projects. This is a busy, team-oriented office where priorities can change throughout the day. The ideal candidate can stay organized, handle homeowner walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and interruptions professionally, and then refocus and complete their work accurately and on time. Responsibilities Aesthetic Review - Primary Responsibility Manage the Aesthetic Review process from application submission through completion. Review landscaping, fencing, and exterior improvement applications for compliance with TMMA guidelines. Lead and prepare for weekly Aesthetic Review Committee meetings. Communicate with homeowners regarding applications, revisions, missing information, conditions, and approvals. Track pending applications, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up items. Maintain accurate and organized records of applications and homeowner communication. Conduct onsite inspections when needed to verify completed improvements. Work with homeowners, builders, contractors, committee members, and TMMA staff to resolve questions and keep applications moving forward. Compliance Support Assist with community and subdivision compliance audits. Conduct property inspections and document items requiring follow-up. Assist with title and escrow information related to property sales. Help maintain rental records and assist with rental compliance and audits. Track compliance matters and maintain accurate records, photographs, and documentation. Assist with homeowner communication and compliance follow-up. Support the Compliance Manager and General Manager with additional projects as needed. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in HOA management, property management, landscaping, construction, architectural review, compliance, administration, or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and open items at the same time. Able to remain productive and organized in an environment with frequent interruptions. Comfortable communicating with homeowners and handling occasional difficult conversations professionally. Able to read, understand, and consistently apply established HOA guidelines and procedures. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while also contributing to a team. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning HOA management software and other systems. Valid driver's license and comfortable driving throughout the community for inspections. A company vehicle is available for inspections. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, stays organized, and can successfully balance Aesthetic Review and Compliance responsibilities with the day-to-day needs of a busy HOA office.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
