Primary Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Section 508 Compliance Specialist ensures digital services, communications, and support processes meet Section 508 accessibility requirements. Additionally, in this position you will: Review customer-facing support materials. Validate accessibility compliance. Support remediation recommendations. Assist with accessibility testing. Support accessibility reporting.

Qualifications:

Experience supporting Section 508 compliance reviews. Familiarity with accessibility standards and testing tools.
