Full Job Description Asset Analyst Location:
Glen Allen, VA $25-35/hr About the Role We are looking for an Associate Transmission Equipment Asset Analyst to support the management of transmission asset information and business processes. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced team members to maintain accurate asset information throughout the asset lifecycle and support construction and maintenance activities. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and technology . What You'll Do Manage and maintain transmission and related asset information throughout the asset lifecycle Support scheduling and tracking of electric transmission construction and maintenance activities Perform detailed data entry, validation, auditing, and reconciliation across multiple sources Conduct data quality reviews to ensure asset information is accurate, complete, and reliable Assist with resolving data collection issues related to field technologies, handheld devices, software applications, and inspection management systems Support engineering studies, compliance initiatives, regulatory requirements, and audit documentation Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data quality Work with stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements Support the implementation of tools, technology, and process enhancements Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and issues Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to improve asset information and business processes Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, efficiency, and productivity What We're Looking For 0-2 years of relevant experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities Strong computer skills and ability to work with business systems and applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of multiple project teams Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience
