Retirement Plan AnalystJoin BBSI as We Grow BBSI is expanding into new markets and continuing to grow as a publicly traded company serving small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Corporate Operations team and support our growing multi-client, multi-state 401(k) program. What You'll Do Support employees and clients with 401(k) questions and technical issues. Assist with eligibility, funding, contributions, loans, billing, and plan administration. Support compliance reviews, nondiscrimination testing, audits, and required filings. Monitor regulatory changes and help maintain plan compliance. Review retirement-plan documents and identify potential issues. Analyze and reconcile data using Excel and other systems. Assist with plan changes, corrections, Open Enrollment, system testing, and special projects. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of retirement-plan administration experience. Strong knowledge of retirement-plan regulations and compliance. Experience with plan documents and required filings, including Form 5500. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling confidential information. Why BBSI? This is an exciting time to join BBSI.
