Job Description

Company Overview Specialized Products, Ltd. operates within the electrical assembly contract manufacturing industry, delivering tailored solutions and high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Job Duties Oversee and maintain Conflict Minerals, USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement), Korean-US Free trade agreement, Australia-US trade agreement, UK-Russia Sanctions, MFG affidavits, Prop 65 as well as other programs. Manages information flow by researching, recording, and analyzing data. Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures. Trains and educates employees on legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and works well in group problem solving situations. Manage and facilitate the Safety Committee and Program. Manage company environmental compliance with EPA. Investigate Injury/Illness/Near Miss situations and follow up as needed. Observes all safety procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions. Advise measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Hazardous waste reporting Requirements Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to communicate findings in a concise and comprehensible manner. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be assertive, consistent, and courteous in enforcing policies. Teach and collaborate with teams. Must be flexible, readily adapt to change, self-motivated and work well within a team environment. Possess strong organizational skills, detail, and goal oriented. Possess the ability to analyze, organize, and compile data. Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Read and understand process documents and industry standards. High School, GED or Vocational School required; college degree preferred. 2-3 years Manufacturing experience preferred.
