Partner with our Quality Manager to build and strengthen our compliance program
Support compliance with federal contracting, aerospace, and manufacturing requirements, including FAR, DFARS, CMMC, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and related regulations
Review customer contracts, complete proposal compliance documentation, and respond to customer requests through secure portals
Develop policies, procedures, and employee training that support compliance and continuous improvement
Conduct internal audits, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
Own our document control system, including version control, document templates, forms, records retention, and cross-department document management
Work closely with Quality, Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of compliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or another regulated industry preferred
Knowledge of document control, quality systems, federal regulations, or CMMC is a plus-we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to successfully pass a background check required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Why CI-Dell?
