Job Description

The Compliance Assistant role is to ensure policy and regulatory alignment, maintain accurate documentation, and support employee growth. The incumbent must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strict adherence to confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in an employee‑focused environment. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to navigate web‑based verification and credentialing platforms are essential. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking professional development, maintaining employee documentation (electronic files) for audits and visit preparation, including working with the HR department to obtain missing documents and uploading finalized forms. Will be responsible for ensuring all records align with necessary requirements. Provide support on necessary approvals, renewals, and licensure required. Including, but not limited to, market analysis for new programs, running data reports for annual reports, reviewing manuals for updates to policies and procedures, and gathering required documents for applications. Ensure we are prepared for all visits through documentation gathering, auditing of files, and setting up virtual or physical rooms. Conduct scheduled audits of key requirements in all departments to ensure company-wide readiness for compliance. Assist in the collection, analysis, and distribution of data to support evidence-based decision-making. This position may require occasional travel to other locations, or off-site work-related locations or events. This is a non-exempt, full-time, on-site hourly position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Education:
