Salary Range:
$45,000 - $70,000 annually [$21.63 per hour- $33.65 per hour]
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Additional Compensation:
Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation:
In addition to base pay, this position may include performance-based salary increases. Oak Valley Community Bank also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer match, paid time off, and other voluntary benefits. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity. About the
Role:
As a Commercial Banking Credit Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in our banking institution by analyzing credit data and financial information of our clients to determine the risk involved in lending money. You will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of our clients and making recommendations to the credit committee. Your work will directly impact the success of our lending operations and the overall financial health of our institution. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant must have performed duties satisfactorily in their current position for at least a period of six (6) months. Employees who have a written warning on file within the prior six-month period, or are on probation or suspension, are not eligible to apply for posted jobs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial lending Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and credit information of clients to determine their creditworthiness Prepare credit reports and make recommendations to the credit committee Monitor and assess the credit risk of existing clients Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient lending operations
Skills:
As a Credit Analyst I, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the creditworthiness of our clients. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work to ensure the integrity of our lending operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be beneficial in collaborating with other departments and presenting your findings to the credit committee. Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance will also be useful in ensuring that our institution is operating within legal and ethical boundaries. Finally, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines will be essential in this fast-paced and dynamic role. •This is an onsite position , located in Oakdale, CA.
