Job Description
Position Summary :
Assist the commercial lenders by analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.Primary Functions:
Review financial information on applicants and perform detailed analysis of financial data and other relevant information; Generate financial ratios to evaluate a borrower's financial status to determine the borrower's cash flow and capacity to service debt, summarizing borrower's financial statements; Detail identifiable risks associated with the credit quality of loans and collateral; Interpret financial data and make loan recommendations to lenders and loan committee; Confer with loan officer on any borrower's identified financial deterioration; Monitor maturing loans and gather necessary information needed to consider extensions or modifications.Specific Requirements:
2+ years' experience as a Credit Analyst Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or other related experience Proven written communication and financial analysis skills Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines Understanding of banking regulations and best practices Detail oriented with good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Solid organizational skills.Company Conformance:

Cognizant of transactions or inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the Compliance Officer when necessary; completion of all web-based compliance training within established time frame; daily resolution of all issues concerning BSA report reviews of suspicious activity and/or cash transactions.Physical/Work Conditions:
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, all Waterfall Bank employees are expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. While performing duties, employees are required to sit, talk, hear, lift up to 20 lbs., and may be required to work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings and/or to travel.
