Job Description
Seeking an experienced Property Manager for an apartment community in the Panama City, FL area. The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates at the assigned property. They mentor and ensure all associates support the corporate mission and understand their role in achieving these established goals while providing excellent customer service to residents. They must also be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The incumbent must have three years of property management experience. Experience in Tax Credit required.
