Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026. It is Corteva's current intention, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation. The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry's most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops

- How will you help us Grow!
- What you'll bring to the table! Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related business experience. Credit/Finance background preferable. Prefer 2-5 years of working experience. In the Ag. or banking industry sector would be desirable. Effective communication with strong attention to detail (oral and written) skills
- the ability to distill data into useful information. Strong critical thinking skills
- the ability to initiate creative solutions to difficult business issues. Solid people skills
- the ability to work well as a team member. An ability to manage one's personal time as well as prioritize. An ability to work independently & manage time effectively with minimal supervision. Strong core values
- personal integrity and ethics. Solid skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. SAP preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with team, sales, banks & customers. Desire to continuously grow & develop credit knowledge & risk management competencies. Benefits
