Position Responsibilities Review a high volume of daily customer orders to support Uline's U.S. and Mexico operations, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits. Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions. Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. A focus in Finance or Accounting preferred. 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus. Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
