Bader has been successfully managing rental communities in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul for more than 50 years and is one of the largest locally owned property management firms in Minnesota. Potential Rent Discount Schedule:
Full-Time Monday - Friday 9:00a-5:00 Weekends as needed
Compensation:
65-70k
Responsibilities:
Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing. Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability. Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover. Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups. Support the company's philosophy, goals and adhere to policies. Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times. Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules. Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development. Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager's job description. Compensation commensurate with experience and may not be reflected in this posting High School or better.
