About the Role The Food Hall Busser helps keep Picklehall's food hall clean, safe, and welcoming by clearing tables, removing glassware and trays, restocking clean items, and supporting the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for someone dependable, friendly, and comfortable staying active in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do- Clear and wipe down food hall tables between guests.
- Remove glassware, trays, and trash and transport used items to dishwashing areas.
- Restock clean glassware on tap wall drink racks and return trays to food vendors.
- Help maintain food hall and tap wall cleanliness.
- Support a safe, clean, respectful, and welcoming environment.
- Provide friendly guest service and assist team members as needed.
- Report spills, hazards, guest concerns, or safety issues. What We're Looking For
- At least 16 years of age.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to stay active throughout a shift.
- Friendly and positive approach to guest service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with guests, families, food vendors, and staff.
- Successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law. Preferred Experience
- Prior restaurant, hospitality, food hall, entertainment, or front-of-house experience.
- CPR and AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a required timeframe.
- $15.00 per hour for all hours worked.
