Senior Credit Analyst American Industrial Transport - 3.6 Maumee, OH Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $90,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Credit analysis Full Job Description Job Summary This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is responsible for supporting the establishment of customer credit for new and existing customers, monitoring comprehensive credit scores and partnering with other business functions and our parent company risk team to identify and reduce financial risk. Job Duties Review credit applications and support the setup of new customers Support automation of third-party credit data with internal data to produce consolidated credit scores Evaluate clients' credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit Assess the financial strength of potential customers and assessing their ability to pay for services Assess customer financial risk across industries and geographic locations Present credit recommendations to management Review commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection. Support the Default and Demand Letter process Review credit scores for customers with upcoming lease renewals to support renewals Provide support to the overall cash collections process Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files and records. Education and Experience Proven work experience as a Credit Analyst- 5 or more years required Excellent understanding of financial trends and patterns Strong business partnering skills Proficient in MS Office and financial software SAP experience preferred Analytical mind with good organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field This is a general description of the Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications required for this position.
