Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a Credit Analyst to support the commercial lending team with financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years of banking or commercial credit experience and a strong understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals. Responsibilities Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other borrower information. Prepare credit analyses, loan presentations, annual reviews, and renewals. Assist lenders with underwriting C&I and commercial real estate loans. Evaluate cash flow, debt service coverage, leverage, liquidity, and collateral. Monitor existing relationships and identify potential credit risks. Ensure credit decisions and documentation comply with bank policies. Partner with lenders and portfolio managers to support sound credit decisions. Qualifications 3+ years of banking or commercial credit experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. Strong financial statement and cash flow analysis skills. Knowledge of commercial lending and credit underwriting. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. How to
