Credit Analyst Salary:

Key Responsibilities for the
Collections & Credit Advisor:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor credit activity.
  • Conduct collections outreach and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and account discrepancies.
  • Assess customer credit risk and provide recommendations to underwriting leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales partners.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting portfolio performance goals.
Qualifications for the
Collections & Credit Advisor:

  • 2+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in commercial/B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record verification.
