Collections & Credit Advisor:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor credit activity. Conduct collections outreach and negotiate payment arrangements. Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and account discrepancies. Assess customer credit risk and provide recommendations to underwriting leadership. 2+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in commercial/B2B environments. Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices.
