Credit Manager•Hybrid#26-08034 Fort Atkinson, WI Hybrid Direct Placement Starts 8/10/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Credit Manager•Hybrid for a direct hire opportunity with a Community Bank located in Fort Atkinson, WI.
Compensation:
$90,000.00•$120,000.00 per year, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
This is a key leadership role responsible for analyzingplexmercial credit, managing a small team of analysts, and serving as the primary credit interface for auditors and senior management. The ideal candidate will partner withmercial lenders to structure deals, present findings to the board, and enhance the bank's overall credit risk management processes. This position requires 3 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and reviewplexmercial credit analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, collateral evaluation, guarantor support, industry analysis, and overall credit risk determination Partner withmercial lenders to structure credit requests and provide guidance on underwriting standards, appropriate risk assessment, and adnce to Bank policy and regulatory expectations Ensure credit presentations and underwriting analyses are accurate,prehensive, well-supported, andpliant with Bank loan policy and lending authority limits Serve as a key technical credit resource during internal audits, independent loan reviews, and regulatory examinations Monitor the performance and quality of the loan portfolio, including covenantpliance, concentration levels, delinquency trends, and emerging risk indicators Identify, escalate, and support resolution of problem credits, including participation in workout discussions and development of risk mitigation strategies Provide credit reporting and portfolio analysis to Senior Management, Loan Committee, and the Board of Directors Assist in the administration and maintenance of the Bank's loan policy, underwriting standards, risk rating framework, and credit approval processes Lead efforts to enhance underwriting consistency, credit administration practices, and overall credit risk management processes Assist with the Bank's allowance for credit losses (ACL) process through portfolio analysis and risk identification Support credit-related system implementations, process improvements, and technology initiatives
Primary Requirements:
Strong experience inmercial credit analysis and underwritingplex deals Ability to manage and develop a team of analysts Excellentmunication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to a Board of Directors Deep understanding of the nuances of global spreading and detailedmercial credit Ability to partner effectively withmercial lenders and other senior leaders Strong analytical skills and the ability to judge and prioritize deals effectively If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please !
