As the Manager, Credit, you will lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, ensuring sound risk management practices while supporting business growth through effective cross-functional collaboration and process excellence. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and strengthen risk management practices. Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support key business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize credit and collections performance. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource for credit-related matters and customer account management. To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required. 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and utilizing data to support business decisions. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Characteristics Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Collaborative leaders who can influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Customer-focused professionals with sound judgment and strong business acumen. Passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience leading and developing teams. Experience with SAP, GetPaid, HighRadius, or similar business systems. Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools. Experience supporting global credit and collections operations. - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $103,300
