Evaluate complex commercial credit requests by analyzing financial information, identifying risk factors, and supporting sound lending decisions. Partner with relationship managers to structure financing solutions, prepare credit recommendations, and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio. Review borrower performance, monitor existing relationships, and assist with renewals, modifications, and ongoing credit administration. Present financial analysis and lending recommendations to internal decision-makers while providing insight on credit quality and loan structure. Build relationships with clients and internal partners to gather financial information, resolve questions, and support an efficient lending process. Ensure credit documentation, underwriting, and review activities align with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and established timelines. Share technical knowledge with team members, support process improvements, and contribute to the continued development of credit and underwriting practices. Job RequirementsBACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Related Field.
- Commercial Credit Experience.
- Proficiency in Managing Multiple Credit Tasks.
- Mentor and Lead Training Efforts.
