This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on affordable housing professional who understands the unique balance of compliance, operations, financial performance, occupancy, and team leadership . What You'll Do Oversee operations and performance for a multi-site LIHTC/Tax Credit portfolio Ensure compliance with LIHTC, affordable housing, and other applicable program requirements Support and prepare communities for audits, inspections, file reviews, and compliance reporting Lead, train, mentor, and support Community Managers and onsite teams Monitor occupancy, leasing, marketing, resident retention, and collections Review property financials, budgets, rent rolls, delinquencies, and operating performance Conduct regular property visits and inspections to evaluate operations, compliance, maintenance, and curb appeal Partner with onsite teams to identify challenges and implement solutions Support budget preparation, expense control, and financial performance Work closely with senior leadership to drive portfolio performance and operational consistency
