Credit Analyst I WestStar Bank - 4.2 El Paso, TX Job Details 8 hours ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Writing skills Data analysis skills Research Driver's License Bachelor's degree Driving Productivity software Full Job Description Summary The Commercial Credit Analyst I is an entry-level position responsible for assisting the commercial lending team with the credit underwriting process. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain experience in commercial lending and build a strong foundation in credit analysis. Essential Functions Gather and organize financial data and loan application documents. Assist with financial statement analysis and spreads. Prepare basic credit presentations and renewals. Conduct preliminary research on borrowers and market conditions. Update and maintain loan documentation and credit files within nCino. Price basic loan ROEs using internal bank pricing model. Support senior analysts with various administrative tasks. Other duties and projects as assigned. Required Education, Experience, Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (preferred), or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to be able to challenge themselves in order to obtain new knowledge, ideas, and skills. Requires valid driver's license; ability to travel/drive to client meetings. Equipment Used Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Supervisory Responsibility N/A Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Office setting May require travel to client worksites, offices or other locations.
