Treasury & Credit Intern
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury & Credit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Treasury and Credit department.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
College student studying accounting or finance who is entering into their Junior or Senior year at an accredited College or University
Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong written, verbal communication; and presentation skills.
Previous internships experience
Coursework or work experience in accounting, financial systems, or credit analysis
Collaborating with teams in Treasury, Credit, Billing, and Accounting to research and resolve discrepancies
Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Out of the box thinking, problem solving, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performing daily cash reconciliations across multiple company accounts
Reporting daily cash positions and assisting with cash forecasting
Applying customer receipts in Oracle
Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and onboarding for new counterparties
Supporting credit reviews and analysis for new and existing customers
Directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Ensure cash flow and receivables are properly tracked and reconciled, support risk management through credit reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making through forecasting and reporting.
Exposure to complex organizational structures and Oracle financial systems
Real-world experience in problem-solving, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor immigration or work visas.
