Job Description You will be responsible for independently managing daily operations across multiple public housing properties, ensuring compliance, resident satisfaction, and property performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations for 100-unit primary site plus 140 total units across satellite properties Ensure compliance with Public Housing, Tax Credit, and Section 8 regulations Manage resident relations and resolve concerns Handle leasing, certifications, recertifications, and documentation Coordinate maintenance needs and property readiness Required Skills Experience managing Public Housing communities Strong knowledge of Tax Credit & Section 8 program requirements Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with compliance software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) Prior multi‑site management experience #BGW1 BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
