Company and Role:
A well‑established, privately held distribution company is seeking a Credit Analyst to join its Vancouver, WA office. This role supports a high‑volume accounts receivable portfolio and works closely with internal teams to manage customer credit, collections, and relationships. We are looking for someone who brings energy, strong judgment, and a desire to grow—not just punch a clock. What You'll Do Evaluate new and existing customers for credit setup and approval Manage a large AR portfolio (approximately $10–11M across ~400 customers) Monitor credit limits, past‑due balances, and account risk Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional, service‑oriented approach Partner with internal leadership on credit decisions and portfolio strategy Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Epicor) Balance collections firmness with professionalism and respect What We're Looking For Comfortable owning your desk and self‑managing priorities Reconciliation experience is a plus Professional, confident communicator with "thick skin" appropriate for collections #
