Credit Analyst

The main duties of the position are gathering and analyzing loan applicants' financial data in order to assess their credit worthiness and can include contacting customers or third parties such as title companies, realtors, and insurance companies. Credit Analysts prepare loan presentations and also prepare or assist with the preparation of cash flows, balance sheets, financial statements and other documents. Credit Analysts work closely with the Loan Officers and Loan Processors and will report to the Senior Loan Officer. Applicants must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple-step tasks through to completion, must be able to multi-task and be flexible to shifting priorities and needs, and must be committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word, is strongly preferred. Relevant education or experience is an asset, especially education or experience in agriculture, lending, banking, and/or finance.
