Job Description

Are you a motivated and driven individual seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and community orientated work environment? We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join Premier Community Bank! If you are eager to learn, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you! As a Credit Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting our lending team. You'll help gather and review financial information for current and potential loan customers, and assist in preparing reports for our Agricultural and Commercial Loan Officers, with values upwards of $15M, by completing loan presentations. As part of completing loan presentations/underwriting you will analyze cash flow, liquidity, leverage, collateral, etc. This position is an opportunity to start your career with great potential for growth within our organization. This position will require an initial 6-12 months of training. Premier Community Bank has 11 locations across northeast Wisconsin, and initial training would take place primarily at our Marion, WI office.
What You'll Do:
Compiling and analyzing financial information Reviewing loan documentation which includes loan notes, security agreements, mortgages, title work, etc. Preparing loan presentations and various reports to be reviewed by the Loan Committee/Executive Loan Committee Skills for
Success :
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or finance with a minimum of both financial accounting and managerial accounting courses completed OR pursuing Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business or finance with expected graduation in the next year. Ability to work independently. Attention to detailaccuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, including Word and Excel. What is it like to be Premier ?
