We're a small, community-focused credit union where every employee makes a meaningful impact. While some team members work directly with our members, this position plays a vital role behind the scenes—helping keep our loan and operations departments organized, accurate, and moving forward. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities. Some days may involve focused, repetitive work such as scanning documents, reviewing files, or record maintenance. Other days may involve assisting with projects, supporting loan or operations staff, or providing coverage where needed. No two days are exactly alike, and the ability to shift between different types of work is an important part of succeeding in this position. What You'll Do Front line phone support Assistance with in person lobby inquiries Support both the Loan and Operations departments with day-to-day tasks and special projects Scan, organize, index, and maintain electronic documents and records Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper organization Assist with database cleanup, data maintenance, and record updates Help with projects designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal processes Provide coverage and support for various departments from time to time Assist with loan and operational functions as trained Perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently Help identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information Assist team members with additional duties as needed Help keep important work moving forward behind the scenes What We're Looking For A quick learner who enjoys learning new systems and processes Adaptable and comfortable with constant change and shifting priorities Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy Able to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative Flexible and willing to assist wherever support is needed Professional, dependable, and committed to doing quality work Qualifications High school diploma required Previous office experience helpful Customer service experience preferred Cash handling skills Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and work with multiple computer systems and software programs Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and credit check Prior banking or credit union experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
