Job Description

Credit Assistant (B2B A/R and Collections)•

Temp-to-Hire Location:

Stanton, CA (on-site)

Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay:

$24•26/hour We're hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Credit Assistant to support a Credit and Collections team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in commercial credit. What you'll do Assist with commercial credit applications Verify trade and bank references Maintain customer account documentation and updates Review A/R aging and support follow-up on past-due accounts Support preliminary notices and lien-related documentation Help resolve contractor billing questions and payment discrepancies Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation support What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in B2B credit, accounts receivable, billing, or collections Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Solid Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables) Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials strongly preferred Large ERP system experience is a plus (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Benefits (upon permanent hire) Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay.
