Job Summary:

The Return/Credits & Deductions Specialist is responsible for managing customer deductions, resolving discrepancies, and processing returns and credits. This role plays a critical part in protecting company revenue by researching unauthorized deductions, validating claims, and ensuring accurate application of credits in accordance with company policies. This role works closely with warehouse, sales and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of return-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, validate, and resolve customer deductions (pricing, shortages, damages, promotional allowances, etc.) Process customer returns accurately and efficiently Review return requests to ensure they meet company policies and guidelines Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to verify returned merchandise Investigate discrepancies related to returns or credits Maintain detailed documentation of all deductions, resolutions, and communications Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding return status Identify trends in returns and report findings to management Assist in improving return processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction General assist in other related A/R tasks as necessary Apply Today! www.onboardusa.com On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
