Remote Senior Credit Repair Specialist Credit Repair Cloud Experience Preferred | Full-Time | Remote Join an Established Organization with Nearly 20 Years of Industry Experience We are an established financial services organization with nearly 20 years of experience helping consumers resolve complex financial obligations. Our Credit Repair Division is supported by approximately 3,000 pre-qualified clients annually, providing a consistent flow of new client files. Unlike many companies in the industry, our team is focused on performing quality credit repair work—not selling it. Specialists work inside Credit Repair Cloud to deliver compliant, organized, high-quality credit repair services. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Repair Specialist to perform hands-on credit repair services. This is not a sales position. Responsibilities include reviewing credit reports, preparing disputes, managing bureau responses, maintaining documentation, and helping clients improve their credit profiles through compliant credit repair practices. Primary Responsibilities Review and analyze consumer credit reports from all three major credit bureaus. Identify inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable information eligible for dispute. Prepare, submit, and manage dispute letters and supporting documentation. Monitor dispute timelines, bureau responses, and follow-up actions. Manage collections, charge-offs, late payments, repossessions, judgments, inquiries, and other derogatory reporting where appropriate. Maintain organized client files within Credit Repair Cloud. Document all activity accurately. Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with FCRA and CROA. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on credit repair experience. Experience analyzing credit reports and managing disputes. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple active client files simultaneously. Credit Repair Cloud experience strongly preferred. Mortgage processing, underwriting, banking, loan servicing, or collections experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
