First Horizon Bank - 3.4 Memphis, TN Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Full Job Description The Credit Review Administrative Specialist (CR Specialist) is responsible for helping administer Credit Assurance Services' (CAS) credit review program. The CR Specialist follows CAS policy and procedures to perform essential responsibilities, provide operational support, and help ensure sound credit review practices. They have excellent organizational skills, communicate effectively, ensure operational efficiency, are adept at supporting multiple projects, and expected to adhere with all organizational and ethical standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative and operational support to the CAS Director and CAS team. Monitor and report annual review plan progress. Monitor and report resolution progress for key issues identified by CAS and regulators. Perform quality control testing for Board, stakeholder and regulator presentations; examination reports and work papers; and continuous review work papers. Execute examination and continuous review follow-up needs Coordinate departmental meetings and develop agendas. Manage departmental policies, procedures, guidance, and organizational documents. Manage document libraries for all CAS presentations, committee/working group presentations, internal/external reporting, economic information, etc. Coordinate quality assurance review needs. Assist with internal and external audit engagements. Pursue professional development opportunities and complete required training.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are generally representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position: Bachelor (4-year college) degree preferred 4+ years administrative experience or commercial credit related experience 2+ years credit review or credit administration experience Excellent oral and written communication skills
