Apply ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments accurately to customer accounts. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash. Reconcile customer accounts and use Excel to identify and correct out-of-balance transactions. Proactively research customer accounts and follow up for missing remittance information.
