Cash Application Specialist:

Apply ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments accurately to customer accounts. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash. Reconcile customer accounts and use Excel to identify and correct out-of-balance transactions. Proactively research customer accounts and follow up for missing remittance information. Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities. Maintain accurate cash application records and identify opportunities to improve processes. Qualifications of the

Cash Application Specialist:

High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of cash application, AR, or related experience. Strong Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables. ERP experience, particularly JDE, is a plus. #INSEP2026
