We are looking for a detail-driven Loan Servicing Specialist who can keep loan accounts accurate, customers informed, and funding activity moving. This is a great opportunity for a banking or financial services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do
- S upport consumer loan servicing, contract funding, and collateral administration
- Track and process dealer funding packages and required documentation
- Work with customers, dealers, and state agencies to resolve documentation issues
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account exceptions, and balancing issues
- Handle customer and dealer questions regarding payments, titles, payoffs, and loan accounts
- Prepare payoff quotes and process paid-in-full accounts and lien releases
- Manage high-volume calls and email while providing professional, accurate service
- Cross-train across multiple banking functions and support process improvements What We're Looking For
- H igh School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of financial services experience preferred
- Consumer lending or loan servicing experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team
